Scottish Water: Section of A75 to close for five days for essential repair

Road users in Stranraer as being advised of a road closure for five days to enable essential sewer repairs to take place on the A75.

A section of London Road (A75) just east of Ladies Walk will be closed from Monday 3 May to Friday 7 May.

This will enable Scottish Water carry out repair work on a damaged section of the sewer network.

During this time a diversion will be in place via the A751 and A77 and road users are asked to follow all signs put in place.

Scottish Water has liaised with Dumfries and Galloway Council to agree the closure.

Local residents and road users are thanked in advance for their patience and understanding while Scottish Water carries out this essential work to keep the sewers operating as they should.
