A76 Bellfield to Gatelochside Burn

ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE ON THE A76 FROM BELLFIELD TO GATELOCHSIDE BURN COMMENCES MONDAY 1ST FEBRUARY 2021 

Essential vegetation management on the A76 between Bellfield interchange and Gatelochside burn, east of New Cumnock, is taking place from Monday 1st February until Friday 26th February 2021.  Work will be carried out during the hours of 8:30am and 5pm along the route.  

This scheme, with a value of £58,700, will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving visibility on the carriageway and preventing the obstruction of direction and tourist signage. 

The work will be carried out using a combination of lane closures and stop and go boards. 

Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
