VEGETATION CLEARANCE ON A77 STRANRAER TO BALLANTRAE TAKING PLACE FROM 11th JANUARY 2021
Work to clear vegetation on the A77 between Stranraer and Ballantrae will take place from 9.30am till 3.30pm from Monday 11th January 2021 for four weeks.
The scheme, with a value of E122,000, will benefit road users by improving overall road safety through a reduction in the amount of roadside debris and the need for more extensive maintenance in future.
This clearance work will be undertaken using a series of daytime lane closures.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
