ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE ON THE M77 BETWEEN JUNCTIONS 2 AND 3 COMMENCES SATURDAY 21ST MAY
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland as part of the Network Management Contract for the South-West Trunk Road Unit, are undertaking essential maintenance on the M77 between Junctions 2 and 3 from Saturday 21st May until Sunday 22nd May 2022, between the hours of 8pm and 6am (overnight).
The work will be carried out using a total closure of the M77 southbound carriageway between Junctions 2 and 3, with a diversion in place.
Diverted traffic travelling on the M77 southbound will exit the M77 at Junction 2 and continue on the B762 (Barrhead Road), followed by the A726 (Nitshill Roads). Vehicles will re-join the M77 at Junction 3.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Our operatives will follow strict physical distancing and hygiene protocols throughout the programme, in line with the Scottish Government’s COVID-19 guidance.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
