ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE ON A78 SHAW STREET ROUNDABOUT COMMENCES 13th FEBRUARY
A maintenance scheme to provide improved safety on the A78 Shaw Street Roundabout to Sir Michael Street Roundabout will take place between 8pm on Saturday 13th February until 6am on Monday 15th February 2021.
This scheme, with a value of £16,000, will benefit around 16,730 road users travelling this route each day by improving safety ahead of a structural maintenance scheme.
A full closure of the A78 carriageway at this location is required, with a signed diversion in operation.
Southbound traffic from the A8 will exit to the A770 Bullring Roundabout and re-join the A78 at Bankfoot Roundabout.
Northbound traffic will follow the same diversion in the opposite direction
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
